HoodTracker is an independent, community-built project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Robinhood Chain” refers to a public blockchain network; all references to it are for network identification only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is a non-custodial software interface for viewing public blockchain data and constructing transactions that you sign and submit yourself, from your own wallet. We never hold, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or tokens. All swaps, token launches, liquidity positions, and fee claims execute through public smart contracts (including Uniswap V3 contracts) on a public blockchain that we do not control and cannot pause, reverse, or modify.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing here creates any advisory, fiduciary, custodial, or agency relationship between you and us.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Price charts, leaderboards, statistics, scores, and any other data are provided for information and entertainment only, may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and must not be relied on for any decision. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals.

Digital tokens — especially newly launched, community, or meme tokens — are extremely speculative and volatile. You may lose the entire value of anything you spend, trade, or hold. Assume any token you interact with here can and may go to zero.

Risks include, without limitation: total loss of value, low or no liquidity, extreme price impact, smart-contract bugs and exploits, blockchain outages or reorganizations, wallet or key compromise, front-running and MEV, and actions of token creators or other traders. Locked liquidity, anti-snipe windows, and similar mechanics reduce specific risks but do not guarantee value, liquidity, or safety.

Tokens launched through the Service are created by their respective users, not by us. We do not review, vet, endorse, or make any representation about any token, its creator, its name, imagery, socials, or claims. Token names and metadata are supplied by creators and may be misleading. Interacting with any token is entirely at your own risk.

If you launch a token, you are solely responsible for it — including its name, symbol, artwork, metadata, marketing, community, and compliance with all laws applicable to you. You represent that anything you upload does not infringe any third party’s rights. We may remove off-chain metadata (descriptions, images, links) from our interface at any time for any reason; on-chain data is outside our control.

The protocol charges a flat creation fee per token launch and a trading fee on pool swaps, split between the token’s creator and the platform treasury at the rates shown in the interface at the time of the transaction. Fee parameters live on-chain and may change. Network (gas) fees are set by the blockchain, not by us, and are non-refundable — including for failed transactions.

You may use the Service only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and your use is lawful where you live. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you — including securities, tax, and anti-money-laundering rules — and you may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction. You may not use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

The interface embeds or links to third-party services (wallets, DexScreener charts, block explorers, RPC providers, social platforms). We do not control them, are not responsible for them, and make no warranty about them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SMART CONTRACT IS SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. Smart contracts referenced by this interface may not have been audited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR CONTRIBUTORS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE MINIMUM PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, tokens you create or trade, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them. Questions can be raised through the community channels linked in the footer.
